Le \u8336\u5316\u77f3 Ch\u00e1hu\u00e0sh\u00ed est un th\u00e9 Pu’erh cuit\uff08\u719f\u666e\u6d31 Sh\u00fa p\u01d4’\u011br<\/span>\uff09tr\u00e8s particulier. En effet il ressemble \u00e0 de petits cailloux luisants et lisses. Sa liqueur lact\u00e9e pr\u00e9sente un ar\u00f4me surtout port\u00e9 sur de la noisette grill\u00e9e tr\u00e8s gourmande.<\/p>\n

Inspir\u00e9 des \u8001\u8336\u5934 l\u01ceoch\u00e1t\u00f3u, ce th\u00e9 a la particularit\u00e9 d’\u00eatre poli de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9cise, afin d’obtenir un rendu original qui lui donne l’aspect d’un fossile, d’o\u00f9 son nom.<\/p>\n
